The location are wonderful. it are easy to reach both beach and center. i got fresh macaroons and prosecco as a complimentary gift when i arrived. the room was very large. I liked this a lot.
the rooftop bar closes sometimes without any warning. this was very annoying.

the location is quite convenient with a tram stop nearby. this made airport transfers very easy. the room included macaroons upon arrival. i also appreciated the chocolates left at night.
the room lacked an iron. this is a basic amenity in most hotels. i also had trouble ordering room service using the provided tablet. the tablet did not work.

poor fruit selectionrooftop bar
the room i had wasn't up to par the air conditioning barely worked making it hard to sleep comfortably. the breakfast selection was disappointing i expected more from a place like this the fruit seemed old. also the rooftop bar was closed a couple times without any notice it was frustrating since i was looking forward to it.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I liked the freshly baked bread and pastries. The hotel is close to the main walking street. It is also near a metro station that goes directly to the airport.
The room was a bit tired. I noticed the shower wasn't working perfectly. The spa didn't seem very clean. I also saw a handrail falling off in the swimming pool area.
