perfect location huge rooms tasty macaroons
The location are wonderful. it are easy to reach both beach and center. i got fresh macaroons and prosecco as a complimentary gift when i arrived. the room was very large. I liked this a lot.
the rooftop bar closes sometimes without any warning. this was very annoying.

convenient location easy transfers arrival macaroons delicious macaroons nightly chocolates nice touch missing iron basic amenity malfunctioning tablet ordering difficulty non-working tablet convenience issue
the location is quite convenient with a tram stop nearby. this made airport transfers very easy. the room included macaroons upon arrival. i also appreciated the chocolates left at night.
the room lacked an iron. this is a basic amenity in most hotels. i also had trouble ordering room service using the provided tablet. the tablet did not work.

minor inconveniences during stay
poor fruit selection rooftop bar
the room i had wasn't up to par the air conditioning barely worked making it hard to sleep comfortably. the breakfast selection was disappointing i expected more from a place like this the fruit seemed old. also the rooftop bar was closed a couple times without any notice it was frustrating since i was looking forward to it.

large shower arrival macaroons
My room had a spacious layout. The shower in the bathroom was large. Macaroons arrived in the room upon my arrival. Chocolates looked at night.
The upholstered chairs in the elevators look very worn.

fresh pastries metro station broken shower unclean spa
The breakfast buffet offered many options. I liked the freshly baked bread and pastries. The hotel is close to the main walking street. It is also near a metro station that goes directly to the airport.
The room was a bit tired. I noticed the shower wasn't working perfectly. The spa didn't seem very clean. I also saw a handrail falling off in the swimming pool area.
